Turbocharger condition grade descriptions
A grade - turbo without any physical damages to the body, actuator or internal parts. No play to the shaft.
B grade - turbo without any physical damages to the body and actuator. Could be some play to the shaft and minor damages to the shaft or compressor wheel.
C grade - turbo without any physical damages to the body and actuator. Will have damages to the compressor wheel and the shaft. Will be big play to the shaft.
Actuator condition descriptions
NA - No actuator, DA - Damaged actuator, DAP - Damaged actuator plug, DAL - Damaged actuator leg, DAN - Damaged actuator nose, AC-OK - Means actuator visually ok but not tested.
Blow-off valve condition descriptions
NBO - No blow-off valve, DBO - Damaged blow-off valve, DBP - Damaged blow-off plug, BO-OK - Means blow-off valve visually ok.
Shaft condition descriptions
NSH - No turbocharger shaft, VPS - Vertical play to shaft, HPS - Horizontal play to shaft, CPS - Common play to shaft (Vertical+Horizontal), SH-OK - Means shaft visually ok.
Turbine housing condition descriptions
NTH - No turbine housing, DTH - Damaged turbine housing, TH-OK - Means turbine housing visually ok.
Compressor housing condition descriptions
NCH - No compressor housing, DCH - Damaged compressor housing, CH-OK - Means compressor housing visually ok.
Turbine wheel condition descriptions
NTW - No turbine wheel, DTW - Damaged turbine wheel, TW-OK - Means turbine wheel visually ok.
Compressor wheel condition descriptions
NCW - No compressor wheel, DCW - Damaged compressor wheel, CW-OK - Means compressor wheel visually ok.
