In the online store "ALP Turbo" each user who makes a purchase is given a choice of the delivery method. Shipping is carried out worldwide with tracking number and shipment registration. To ensure the security of delivery of our orders, all orders are sent using only registered items with priority and tracking number. We use only those postal and courier services that provide the tracking number and register the shipment.
The order is dispatched on working days, on the day of receipt of payment, if payment is received before 15:00 (GMT + 2). If payment is received after 15:00 (GMT + 2), we will ship your order to the next day.

The buyer undertakes to follow the delivery rules of the transport company that delivers the order. The online store "ALP Turbo" is not responsible for violation of the conditions and rules of delivery of the transport company, nor is it responsible for the quality of services provided by the transport company.
Having received the order, in the presence of a courier or mail worker, the recipient is obliged to make sure of the integrity of the package and its contents. If there is even the slightest suspicion of damage to the transferred order, the recipient must check the contents of the parcel in the presence of a courier or postal worker. ОIf damage is found, the recipient must immediately notify the mail service or courier about it and file a written claim with the appropriate delivery service. If you ignore these conditions and if you receive the damaged content of the transfer, it will be considered that the contents are damaged after receiving the package.
We ship products all over the world. All the rules and conditions listed on this page are also applicable to international delivery.
If on the website of our online store you have a problem with the choice of your country when placing an order, please let us know. We will immediately add your country to the lists and calculate the cost and the possibility of delivery, and also we will find the carrier.
Sending products abroad, we do not take into account the peculiarities of customs regulations for imports in your country. Before placing an order, you must independently find out the size of duties and other taxes of the customs service of your country. Please note that an international shipment may take longer than stated.
If the itemss purchased in the online store "ALP Turbo" you do not like or do not fit, you can return it. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. For a simple return procedure, you only need to follow the instructions for returning the products. The responsibility for transport costs for returning the products is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you want to return one or more items, please tick the relevant product fields and describe the reason. Then click on the "Make an RMA slip" button below. Thus, we will receive a request for a return and refund. If your application is approved, then clicking on the button "My merchandise returns" you will go to the section "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)". By clicking on the return number, you will see further instructions and you will be able to print the "Return slip". Please print out the PDF return slip and include it with your package. Please see the PDF return slip (for the correct address.) When we receive your package, we will notify you by email. We will then begin processing order reimbursement.
The returned product must be marketable and meet the following criteria:

All products sold in the online store "ALP Turbo" are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Goods that do not conform to the declared quality that do not meet the manufacturer's specifications or defective products can be returned to the manufacturer with a replacement requirement. All costs for transportation of the replaced products are borne by the buyer and the manufacturer of the products. The online store "ALP Turbo" can act as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the buyer, helping the buyer achieve the desired goal.
